We missed off Bakestall from our last walk so decided to go back and get this one done, we drove up and parked at the end of the track towards Skiddaw House and followed the scenic path through the valley before taking the steep path up to the summit of Bakestall - it was SO windy at the top I thought we were going to get blown over the edge and I couldn't even hold my camera still enough to get any decent photos from the top. We didn't hang about and quickly headed back to the van where we drove back to Troutbeck to do another couple that we'd missed off previously.
