Finally in the distance we spot the Lion Inn, our destination for tonight! We arrive at about 7pm and are overjoyed to find our room has a bath!! Not just a shower, but an actual real life bath!! You might not think this is such a big deal but after a 20 mile walk there is nothing nicer than sinking into a hot bubble bath and it was with much reluctance than i finally got out and went and had some food and a few drinks in the bar! For a pub as remote as the Lion Inn, i can't believe how busy it is, where has everyone come from? We have an absolutely huge dinner and a well deserved pint before nearly collapsing with tiredness. I Still can't quite believe we've made it this far, only 2 days to go 'til Robin Hood's Bay!!
