Coast to Coast Day 3 - (Tue 12th May) Stonethwaite to Grasmere (9.5 miles)

It's a lovely walk along the river out of Stonethwaite and as we go along Chris actually starts to feel a bit better and his breathing improves throughout the day.  We pass Eagle crag and follow the path uphill to Lining Crag which really takes it out of me.  I think the previous two days are starting to catch up on us both!  It's a fairly steep, albeit short climb up to Greenup edge and then we're into a really boggy patch at the top, but again, the views are stunning and we've soon forgotten our shaky start to the day!!
