First view of sharp edge
Wainwright called Blencathra one of the grandest objects in lakeland....all i can say is that as someone who has never had much of a head for heights, i have never been so scared in my life as i was going up sharp edge, which i think is pretty evident from the photos!! Although it has to be said, i did feel a tremendous sense of achievement when we reached the top and the views were pretty fantastic too!!
