A couple of days later we went back and finished this walk, going back up Coniston Old Man and then on to Dow Crag, we were lucky to have some beautiful weather and it was a lovely afternoon's walking!
A little blog to chart our progress walking the 214 Wainwright fells in the lake district and all of our long distance walks including the coast to coast, dales way, hadrian's wall path, the pennine way and most recently the west highland way!
